Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 4K Beach Walks, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BW Media Ltd(“we”, “us”, “our”).

4K Beach Walks is a subscription streaming service offering long-form, single-take beach walk videos filmed in up to 4K HDR. All content is original, filmed by us, and owned by BW Media Ltd.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, update content, or modify features at any time.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account.
• One account per person. If we detect account sharing, we may suspend the account.
• You must provide accurate information when signing up. If your email bounces, we can’t send you receipts or password resets.

We offer three subscription tiers: Day-tripper ($8/month), All-inclusive ($12/month), and Private cabana ($39/month). Prices are in USD.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. Your statement will show “BW Media Ltd”.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your Account page. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period — we don’t cut you off mid-month.

We do not generally offer refunds for partial months. However, if you experience a significant service issue (extended outage, billing error), contact us and we will make it right. We’re reasonable people who happen to film beaches.

All videos, images, text, logos, and other content on 4K Beach Walks are owned by BW Media Ltd and protected by copyright.

• Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to stream content for private viewing.
• You may not download, record, redistribute, re-upload, or commercially exploit any content unless explicitly permitted (e.g. downloadable masters on the Private cabana tier).
• Private cabana downloads are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or sublicensed.

Don’t do anything that would ruin it for everyone else:

• No circumventing access controls, DRM, or geo-restrictions.
• No automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of content.
• No using the service for any unlawful purpose.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Our content consists entirely of beach walk footage — natural scenery, ocean waves, sand, cliffs, and the occasional seagull. There is no violent, sexual, or otherwise objectionable content. We film public beaches; incidental members of the public may appear in the background.

We may add, remove, or modify content in the library at any time. We may also update the platform’s features, design, and functionality. We will endeavour to give notice of any changes that materially affect your subscription.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BW Media Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
