Fistral Beach

Anse Source d'Argent on La Digue island is one of the most photographed beaches on Earth. Enormous, sculpted granite boulders frame pockets of fine white sand and shallow, warm turquoise lagoons. A coral reef protects the beach from waves, making the water calm enough to wade across. It's the kind of place that looks digitally enhanced in photos but is somehow even more vivid in person.
Giant granite boulders, shallow turquoise lagoons, and palm trees that lean at impossible angles. This is the one that looks fake but isn't. Forty-two minutes of walking through what is basically a screensaver.
