Fistral Beach
Cornwall, UK
Navagio Beach, also known as Shipwreck Beach, is an exposed cove on the northwest coast of Zakynthos island in Greece. Enclosed by towering white limestone cliffs on three sides, the beach is only accessible by boat. Its centrepiece is the MV Panagiotis, a freighter that ran aground in 1980 and has been rusting photogenically on the white pebbles ever since.
The shipwreck beach. Only accessible by boat, which makes the approach half the fun. Once there it's white pebbles, ridiculous blue water, and one very photogenic rusty hull. Short but unforgettable.
